Q: How you select and vet your cleaners?

A: We carefully select and vet our cleaners and require all new applicants we provide in-house cleaning training making sure all our requirements and standards are met.

Q: Are your cleaners given any training before they are left alone on our premises?

A: All cleaners are trained within the first few days of their employment.

This training is carried out by our supervisors and will include the following: Health & Safety procedures, site safety information, handling, products and machinery, security within the premises, how, what, and when to clean.

Q: Are all your chemicals assessed under the COSHH regulations?

A: All materials that we use on your site have been assessed under the COSHH regulations.

Q: Are the products you use on site environmentally friendly?

A: All products we use are chosen carefully, keeping them as close to neutral on the pH scale as possible.

Q: What happens if my cleaner does not turn up for work as normal?

A: It is our intention to always service your site with the staff as agreed and we always have back up staff available and will get them on site as soon as we are aware of an employee absence.

Q: Will you provide holiday cover when our cleaner takes annual leave?

A: Holiday cover will be undertaken by another cleaner employed by our company.
